The main difference between the home and business accounts is the ability to assign sub-users in the business account, and the added level of support for business accounts.
The MyVault® Starter account is an account for someone who has minimal storage needs (up to 2GB), yet needs high end security for their documents.
The MyVault® Home account is for a user with greater storage needs (starting from 50GB packages), and allows for an unlimited number of devices to backup and sync.
The MyVault® Business account is for small businesses and practices. Vault sizes start from 50GB and allow for unlimited number of devices to be backed up and synced to a single account.
It is important to note that all the different plans are optimized for an extremely high level of security.

When you edit a file, you sometimes want to keep track of all the progression of the changes and would like to keep the old file while saving the new file. Versioning makes this process easy. MyVault® automatically makes and keeps versions, and you can set the versioning rules by accessing your account online.
For a step-by-step process to do this go here.
An archive is a copy kept online of a file that has been removed from your local device.
When you delete a file/folder from a local device (i.e. your laptop, or PC or MAC) it gets marked as “archived”. A file is also archived if you move the file to a different folder or you change the name of the file. Archived files are still available via logging into MyVault® via the web for a time. The time that files are available online after being deleted can be adjusted by setting the rules for archiving (see below). This allows you to undo accidental deletes.
